4 ¾ inch thick, bone-in pork chops, fat trimmed
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp light brown sugar - packed
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Dennis' Pineapple Salsa
1Mix dry seasonings together and rub over chops.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2Preheat indoor or outdoor grill.
3Grill the chops turning once until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
4After grilling, let the chops rest for five minutes.
5Place one chop per plate and top with the Dennis’ Pineapple Salsa.
