Seafood Recipies Grill, Stove Top

2 lbs Salmon, cut into 6 fillets
1 cup Dennis' Mango Salsa
1Heat the grill to medium-high.
2Clean and lightly oil hot grill.
3Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
4Grill skin side up until the salmon begins to turn opaque, about 4 to 6 minutes.
5 Turn and cook until opaque throughout.
6Transfer to a platter, spoon Dennis’ Mango Salsa over the top and serve.
