Shipping

We always strive to use the most cost effective method of shipping.  We endeavor to balance cost with getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, during normal business hours within 24 hours of being placed and should reach the customer in less than 7 days.  Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

If any order is damaged in shipment, we request a photo of the damaged product so that we may make a claim with the shipper.  We will gladly replace the damaged product(s) free of charge.

Returns

All sales on the Reva Foods website are considered final.  No returns are allowed or offered.  Returns of Reva Foods products purchased through any retail store must be directed to the specific retail store and are governed by that store’s return policy.
