Baked Pork Tenderloin with Key Lime Glaze

Ingredients

4 lbs Pork tenderloins

2 cups Dennis' Zesty Key Lime Sauce & Marinade

Salt & Pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2Sprinkle the pork liberally with salt and pepper

3Heat a large griddle or sauté pan on high heat for about 1 minute, then add the olive oil

4Sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until nicely browned

5Roast the tenderloins for about 15 minutes

6Brush the meat liberally with Dennis' Zesty Key Lime Sauce.

7Continue roasting for another 5-7 minutes

8Brush the meat a second time with Dennis' Zesty Key Lime Sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer reads 140-145 degrees, depending on your desired doneness.

9Let the meat rest for about 10 minutes and then slice into 1/2" thick pieces
