1 Place Dennis' Pineapple BBQ Sauce and flank steak in a plastic bag or shallow baking dish and marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
2At the end of 2 hours, place a steamer basket in a large saucepan with 1 inch of water. Bring the water to a boil. Place the potatoes in the basket. Cover and steam for 6 minutes. Add the green beans and cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until the potatoes and beans are tender. Drain.
3In a large bowl toss the potatoes and green beans with the chilies, olive oil, vinegar, and cumin. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4 Heat the grill to medium-high. Remove the steak from the marinade and place on the heated grill, discarding the marinade. Grill 4 to 6 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the potatoes and beans, sprinkled with cilantro.
